    Did you know that Matcha (Green Tea powder) is not only a ceremonial food that can be infused into snacks - but that it is a versatile ingredient that can be used in many everyday recipes? Come join our resident Matcha expert Norma as she introduces some of her Matcha creations to Coto Club.

  • Family Premium Friday – Free Craft Beer and Culture Talk given by Japanese Craftsmen

    Premium Friday Family Night  - Craft Beer and Fun Conversation- 

    Date: November 30th
    Time: 5:00-6:30 PM
    Place: Coto Club Lounge

    This event is a great opportunity to enjoy learning about Japanese culture while mingling with other Coto Club members.

    We will have free craft beer and a short talk given by Japanese traditional handicraft makers. 

    After a short talk given by the invited guests - we will follow with a Q&A. They are excited to get input about how to market overseas so feel free to give them advice!

    An annual event where shop owners, neighbors, and community members of Azabu Juban get together to mingle, eat good foot, enjoy beer and traditional Japanese performances.     Did you know that there are various different ways to make sushi? In this event, we will create an oshi-zushi design that is a real eye-pleaser. Once you’ve learned how to make it, it is easy to make this dish at home too. We can create interesting designs based on your ideas!
